4300 STATICIDE ECO friendly Effective and environmentally safe

For over twenty years, ACL’s family of water-based static dissipative floor finishes has had low V.O.C. (volatile organic compounds) with little environmental impact. Advancing in this tradition, we developed an environmentally safe finish that is compliant to US and international policies concerning V.O.C. and restricted chemicals, while still satisfying ANSI 20.20 ESDA guidelines.

Designed to be used in electronic, medical, and clean room manufacturing facilities, Staticide® Eco-Friendly Floor Finish eliminates the concern of using products with phosphates, alkylphenol ethoxylates, carcinogens, and ozone-depleting compounds and delivers a polish that is non-toxic to humans, ecologically sound, and ESD safe.

  • Coverage is approximately 1500 – 2000 sq. ft. per gallon
  • V.O.C. is less than 1% when tested using California Consumer Product test method CARB 310
  • Solids are 20%± 5%
  • Compliant to ANSI/ESD S20.20
  • Surface resistivity 107 – 109 ohms per square
  • Strip cycle is 12 - 24 months

Staticide Ultra utilises the latest technology in static dissipative polymers that axt on a molecular level. This enhances its static control ability, effectiveness and maximises the stripping cycles.

4800 STATICIDE Ultra II Specially formulated for unique industrial surfaces

Advanced acrylic polymer allows superior adhesion and static contro; for out-of-warranty ESD floors and other special surfaces. Does not yellow or flake and is tough to scuff. This long life floor finish will revitalise the shine and electrical properties of old ESD Tile.

4700 STATICIDE Diamond Polyurethane Static dissipative floor coating (ESD Paint)

This high performance water based formula dissipates static discharge on concrete and other unfinished hard floor surfaces.

5700 STATICIDE Premium ESD Paint Economical Alternative to Epoxy or TileStaticide®

Premium ESD Paint is a high quality and economical alternative to ESD epoxy or ESD tile that will save in material and labor costs. Trouble-free to install and maintain, the rich viscosity of the paint allows for effortless mixing, application and even distribution of conductive ingredients.

The color palette allows for versatility in workplace aesthetics. The light colors can be used in designated work spaces or to reflect light for a brighter atmosphere. This paint is perfectly suited for electronics manufacturing, assembly, and ESD protected areas (EPAs).
